4/20/10 Turned from an Elm burl with a
segmented rim.  6 3/4" tall by tall by 9 1/2"

Pine.  Neat off center knot pattern.   Beautiful

4/28/10  Turned from Norfolk Island Pine.  Nice
star pattern.  It can be seen where one limb broke
off and the tree grew around it.

4/30/10  Large Norfolk Island Pine bowl .  It has
an interesting knot pattern.  3 1/2" tall by 11 1/2

No knot inclusions, but nice spalt.  2 3?4" tall by

6/25/10  Large hollow form turned from Norfolk
Island Pine.  6" tall by 13" diameter.  Great knot
pattern and blue spalt.

My Christmas ornaments for this year are a little different.
I am still using Maple and Bloodwood  because they look
like Christmas.  I hollow each ornament to make them
lighter. Each finial is individually turned and different
from the others. I turned about 40 ornaments this year.  I
think they have a pleasing shape.                        50.00ea
6/6/10 small vase turned from Sycamore.  4 1/4" high by

7/21/10 Eclipse turned from Cherry and Yellowheart. With
wood burned surface decoration.  This technique is new
to me.  I will use it again.                       175.00
5/13/10  Turned from one piece of sycamore. it has some
pretty mottled grain patterns.  6" high by 6 1/2"

7/15/07 Natural edged piece turned from Loquat.  There
are two nice knots and nice color.  5" high by 6"

Boxeldern The lid is threaded. It would make a good

Rose wood.  Turned off center.  My wife and best
critic says that she likes symmetry.  6" high by 5"

5/16/10  Turned from sycamore with a walnut rim.  It
has a nice knot and curly grain.  8" high by 5"

7/10/10 Cubes turned from Mahogany, Boxelder,
Canary wood, and Yellowheart.  I think this is a neat
piece.  9 1/2" tall by 9" diameter.                 400.00
8/5/10  Stave construction (my first)  made from
Leopard wood. Yellowheart, and Canary wood..  9"
high by 5 1/2" diameter.                                300.00
8/27/10 Apollo turned from peruvian Walnut and
Red Heart.  In my opinion this is the best piece that
I have done this year.8 1/2" tall by 7" diameter.
